Professional Conduct Policy

Chamberlain University students assume an obligation to conduct themselves in a manner compatible with the University’s function as an institution for professional nursing, public health, and social work education. All students are expected to abide by the Chamberlain University Professional Conduct Policy.

The Professional Conduct Policy applies to student conduct that affects the members of the Chamberlain community, irrespective of where that conduct may occur. The policy may extend to conduct at off-campus activities and locations or online activities when they adversely affect members of the Chamberlain community.

Sex and/or gender-based misconduct, which includes sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, sexual exploitation, and gender-based harassment, is governed by the Sex and Gender-Based Misconduct Response and Prevention Policy and not by this Professional Conduct Policy.
